Alex was born and raised in North Java, NY, a small town between Rochester and Buffalo, NY. Growing up in his family’s commercial construction firm Alex was always surrounded by the development process. This sparked an early interest that has only grown through the years. 

Following 4 years as a crew chief in the Air Force Alex enrolled at SUNY Brockport graduating in 2017 with a BA in Business Management.  In the Village of Brockport Alex’s real estate journey began with owning and operating student housing. Following the conclusion of his undergraduate work, Alex headed south to Clemson University to complete his master’s degree in real estate development. After spending a year in Atlanta, Georgia working with Roca Point Partners on office and retail development Alex returned to Western New York. Today, Alex, through AR King Development is building a multi-family portfolio in the city of buffalo.
